The Hotel Villa San Pio has been recognized as "One of the most romantic hotels in the world" and received recognition from the renowned "Gambero Rosso" guide for the excellent balance between quality and price, an award obtained continuously from 2004 to 2006.

It has 75 rooms, all with marble bathrooms, divided into 59 double rooms, 14 triple rooms, 4 single rooms and one quadruple room. Two of the single rooms are wheelchair accessible, while 14 rooms have a balcony or terrace. Additionally, many of the double rooms have a hydromassage tub. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, minibar, safe, hairdryer, satellite television, telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and internet connection.
